Care Worker – Elgin

Nightingale Home Support is looking for caring, reliable and motivated Care Workers to join our team providing high-quality care and support to people in their own homes.

Pay & Benefits

• Care Worker: £14.00 per hour
• Senior Care Worker: £15.00 per hour
• Mileage paid at 45p per mile
• Paid travel time between care visits
• Full visit time paid – not per minute
• Paid training and induction
• Uniform provided
• 28 days annual leave (full-time equivalent)

About the Role

As a Care Worker, you will support people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes. Duties may include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, mobility assistance, companionship and other day-to-day support based on each person’s individual care plan.

We are looking for people who are compassionate, dependable and genuinely interested in making a positive difference to the people they support.

Previous care experience is welcome but is not essential. Full training will be provided.

What We Require

• A full UK driving licence
• Access to a car for work
• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to undergo a PVG Scheme check
• SSSC registration, or willingness to register where required
• Reliability and flexibility
• Availability to work agreed shifts, including weekends on a rota basis
