When you submit a vacancy via our "Post a vacancy" form, we collect: your name (if provided), organisation name, job details, and contact email address. We do not collect data from job seekers browsing the site. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Employer data submitted via the vacancy form is used solely to process and publish your job listing, and to send you a payment request. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties, except to our form processor (Formspree) which is bound by its own privacy policy and processes data in accordance with GDPR.
Vacancy submissions are retained for up to 90 days after your listing expires, then securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We process employer data on the basis of contract (to fulfil the vacancy listing service you have requested). We do not process special category data.
